Senior Programmer / Developer - .Net Lead  

Position Summary:

This person will have responsibility for managing the project Technically at Onsite, Support and delivery of complex customer solutions.

He/She should employ soft skills to assist in creating a positive experience for the customer.

He/She should participate in consultancy work.

His/her main area of focus is hands-on development of technology enablers, using various emerging technologies.                 

Requirement:    

- Minimum 8+ years of experience of managing project technically for products using WPF, MVVM, PRISM and C#.Net 

- Experience of Teradata and develop complex business logic using SQL

- Exposure to WCF desirable but not mandatory.

- Experience in various phases of project life cycle Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Deployment

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university

- Create design documents and program specification for software products using Visio, UML, PowerPoint and MS Office 

- Good organizational and presentation skills                 

Specific responsibilities:

- Involve in requirement analysis, design, and development of products using WPF, MVVM, PRISM, C#.Net, and Entity Framework

- Experience in various aspects of database technology including the data modeling, database performance, data migration and database design 

- Perform unit testing and troubleshooting applications built on WPF, C# and Teradata

- Conduct code reviews

- Interact with customers and users as required to perform the tasks

- Provide guidance to the project team working on products with strong focus on Quality and Processes. 

- Lead software development with strong emphasis on OOAD, layered application development.  

Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. 

Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release.  

Required Skills and Experience:

You assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel.

Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods.

Supervise, train, mentor junior level programmers in programming and program coding. Represent team in project meetings. 

Work with business and functional analysts, and software and solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended

Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects.

Represent project teams in project/program meetings or in meetings with sponsor.  

• Qualifications:  6-12 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
