029456-Solution Director - BPO

Manages the solution development on a mid to large size pursuit, including management of multiple service lines and third parties, working collaboratively with Capgemini clients to develop robust and innovative Solutions for Business Process Outsourcing services. 

This includes supporting the business development process through pre-qualification support, RFI, RFP, solution design and commercial sign off, and handing off the successful solution to the transition team.

Promote team work and provide other employees with coaching and leadership, and work with other parts of Capgemini to provide further education on the BPO Value Proposition.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively with them to understand their issues

• Clearly present to the client so as they understand the solution, value proposition, and Capgemini’s competitive differentiation

• Provide high quality documents in response to RFI, RFP and BAFO

• Provide inputs into the commercial team to develop the pricing for the proposal

• Develop Capgemini thought leadership to support the BPO practice

• Coordinate with Bid Management, Sales, Delivery Centers, Transition, BPO Leadership, Technology, and Commercials to ensure necessary approvals prior to submission of response to RFI, RFP, and BAFO

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Role Specific Competencies:

• Should be master in BPO Process, Business Case Development, Negotiating, Technical Solution Design and Technical Process Expertise.

• Should be experienced in Commercial Control.
