SAP MM Procure to Pay portal support; will support lead role

Consultant with Procure To Pay (P2P) experience and vendor portal skills. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate business and technical skills in direct and indirect procurement processes and a good understanding or experience with vendor portals functionality. The candidate should have at least 4 years of working experience with an ERP system such as SAP ECC 6.0 or Oracle.
Process skills:

Business process experience in at least the following areas:

 External procurement of materials
 Vendor sourcing
 Procurement of services
 A/P Invoicing
 Supplier integration

Key Competencies / Skills:

The ideal candidate should posses excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Functional and configuration experience is required with either SAP 6.0  MM-Purchasing, SAP SRM, or Oracle: EBS, Procurement or iProcurement; in the following areas:

 Purchase orders
 Contracts
 Scheduling Agreements
 Purchase Info records
 Source Lists
 Pricing
 Vendor and Material Master records
 Partner Functions
 Invoice Verification
 Output Determination
 Purchasing Related Reporting

Also experience in the following areas is required:

 Development of Functional Specifications
 Testing: test scripts development, execution and coordination
 Experience with a tool such as HP QC  for testing monitoring and defect (issues) resolution
 Experience with SharePoint
 MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Other desirable experience:

 SAP-SNC or other vendor portal
 Invoice scanning software
 MS Visio

Other Critical Skills:

With their expertise in a specific technology environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a client’s applications and systems. You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module. You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.

• Qualification: Minimum 3 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Should have or seeking SE or ERP/SAP Level 1. 

• Should be proficient in Package Configuration.

• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management
