028565-BPO Supply Chain Solution Senior Director

Manages the solution development on small to mid size pursuits working collaboratively with Capgemini clients to develop robust and innovative Solutions for Business Process Outsourcing services. 


1. In response to pursuits demands, assess client specific requirements and design value proposition and solutions

2. Support in driving internal and external initiatives to achieve in year targets. Specifically working to penetrate existing BPO accounts(x-sell) Configures the necessary competencies(within BPO and XSBU) - pyramid, tools and methodology  - to differentiate BPO and win deals

3. Promote Sector offers and growth across the Strategic Business Unit’s and Group Sector Initiatives

4. Collaborate with BUs and GDN to drive supply chain academy across regional centres

5. Bring insight and best practice from the sector and actively contribute constructive ideas and innovation towards meeting the Sector and wider BPO targets.

6. Measure of success - Number of sector specific solutions brought to market (pilot stage through  full engagements)

7. Liaison to analyst and advisor community in promoting solution  

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively with them to understand their issues

• Clearly present to the client so as they understand the solution, value proposition, and Capgemini’s competitive differentiation

• Provide high quality  documents in response to RFI, RFP and BAFO

• Provide inputs into the commercial team to develop the pricing for the proposal

• Support thought  leadership initiatives to support the BPO practice

• Coordinate with Bid Management, Sales, Delivery Centers, Transition, BPO Leadership, Technology, and Commercials to ensure necessary approvals prior to submission of response to RFI, RFP, and BAFO


  • Bachelor’s degree

Role Specific Competencies:

• Should be master in BPO Process, Business Case Development, Technical Solution Design and Technical Process Expertise.

• Should be experienced in Commercial Control and Negotiating.
