Graduate in Mechanical/IP/Automobile/Aerospace engineering.

 5 to 8 years experience:

Description (Role & Responsibilities):

• L1 and L2 Application support for Creo and PTC products.

• Helpdesk Support, Ticket logging, incidence response and resolution.

• Creo and Autodesk application Installation, Implementation, Administration and Troubleshooting.

• License server tools(FLEXLM).

• Diagnose and provide appropriate short and long term solutions to technical problems.

• Software packaging.

• Minor enhancements and deployment  support.

• Preparing and updating extensive user training documentation.

• Conducted Key user training on Creo and Autodesk  applications.

• Changing or enhancing software to meet  new business demands in the post-rollout  phase of an application.

• Resolution of issue by correlation of event with the Known error database(KeDB).

• Provide Solution for "How to" Questions from Users.

Software Applications:

• PTC Creo.

• Pdmlink (CAD integration/Workflow manager knowledge – not  much on PLM  but on CAD side).

• Any  CAE  t ools experience is a plus.

Special Requirements:

Project work experience with India offshore on the above software tools is an added advantage.  

With their expertise in a specific technology  environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). 

These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.  

Required Skills and Experience: 

You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a client’s applications and systems.

You contribute to a business and technical  blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module.

You may also be responsible for unit  testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery  of  end-user training.  


Minimum 3 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.


  • Should have or seeking SE or ERP/SAP Level 1. 
  • Should be proficient in Package Configuration.
  • Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
