Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant Oracle HCM Cloud Technical developer will be responsible for ensuring technical support of the client’s Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

The technical developer will work with client on-site and Capgemini offshore team in developing Interface, Reports and Conversion programs for the successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

•Tech Developer report s to the Technical PM / Lead

• Knowledge in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud Applications modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Absence Management)

• Experience in Design (Data Mapping), Develop, Test and Deploy Conversion Program. • Converting Benefit Programs, Plans and Enrollment data

• Integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with Third-Party Payroll Providers, Benefit Providers and other applications like PeopleSoft and Oracle EBS \

• Personalizing HCM Cloud Application using Sand box and Page Composer.

• Experience in writing OTBI and BI Publisher reports

• Experience in following Tools

o File Based Loader, HCM Data Loader and HCM Spread Sheet Loader

o HCM Extract and Payroll Batch loader o OTBI and BI Publisher

o Web Services (ATOM Feed/REST/SOAP)

• Customizing workflow approval rule.

• Knowledge in Application security and creating custom Job roles.

• Experience in PeopleSoft/Oracle EBS HCM technical development is a Plus

• Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft/Oracle EBS Financial integration is a Plus

• Must  be a certified Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2016 Certified Implementation Specialist

• Must  have 5 Years Consulting Experience and must  have worked with Release 10 or above.      

With their expertise in a specific technology  environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). 

These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a client’s applications and systems.

You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module.

You may also be responsible for unit  testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.


  • Minimum 3 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.


Should have or seeking SE or ERP/SAP Level 1. 

• Should be proficient in Package Configuration.

• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management
