Manages the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Information Security, Business Continuity and Quality Management Systems for Pensacola Center and also Horsham and El Paso reporting to Capgemini Head of Risk and Compliance Americas.

Specialized/Practical Knowledge:  

• Strong background in Information Security, Business Continuity and Quality Management Systems.

• Must have at least one certification from Information Security Industry (CISM, CISA, ISACA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, etc).

• Able to demonstrate good problem solving and improvement skills.

• Able to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels in the organization.

• Excellent English level both written and spoken.

• Knowledge about HIPPA, SoX, PCI regulations.

• Demonstrated knowledge of all management systems.

• Able to demonstrate basic leadership, consulting, change implementation.

• Knowledge about ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 9001.
