Facilitate requirements gathering discussions and document functional and integration requirements Experience with data analysis and running reports  Ability to create VISIO process flows and procedures/training material and documentation  

Defines tasks/activities, schedule and executes to meet timelines

•         Familiarity with IT Asset Management lifecycle and best practices

•         Experience implementing ITAM lifecycle processes and tools

•         Understands a broad range of Asset classes- Computers, Mobile devices, Servers, Network devices, Storage, Telecom, Appliances, AS/400 and Mainframe Technical Skills

•         Has a basic understanding of ITAM applications and help desk ticketing systems

•         Has exposure to discovery tools and understand the discovery and data reconciliation processes

•         Has a general understanding of relational databases

•        Has exposure to application integrations and interfaces

•         Knowledge of ServiceNow
