JD Edwards knowledge on following areas:

• High experience in Oracle JDE Distribution modules

Ware house management , Inventory Management

• Must have completed at least 3-4 full JDE E1 implementations

• Must have sound knowledge of Warehouse configuration

• He must be experience on warehouse functions like putway, picking, replenishment.

• Setting Locations, unit of measures, and rules for putway, picking and replenishments, Cartonisation.

• Worked on RFID integration will be an added advantage

•  Must possess ability to design and deliver end user training

•  Must possess ability to design and deliver process maps with documentation

•  Experience in JDE E1 9.0 or later is required.

•  Sound understanding of other integrations with modules (Sales and procurement) integrations along with 3rd party interfaces.

• Ability to develop and maintain Enterprise Applications related (functional and/or technical) documentation, including specifications, validation protocols, and user documentation.

•  Ability to create clear, concise and complete functional specifications for new modifications, work flow and interfaces

•  Strong exposure to Onshore-Offshore model

•  Strong understanding of the relational data base technology, including the ability to write and execute SQL statements as required.

•  Should have worked in client facing engagements

•  Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

•  Ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

•  Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.

•  Good oral and written communication skills.

•  Strong team player

•  Understand client’s business processes map to JDE and provide satisfactory solutions

• Comply with the requirements of the organization

• Process compliant and follow all quality related norms

• Respond quickly to client requests, issues and follow-ups            

10 years+ Must have strong client facilitation skills to provide process transformation guidance to the client. 

2+ years of JDE Transportation Manager implementation experience

5+ years of implementation experience Minimum of 2+ full life cycle implementation experience Global experience is a must  

With their expertise in a specific technology  environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). 

These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design.

Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications.

You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing.

You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience.

You are seen as active member within technology communities.


  • Minimum 5 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.


  • Should have SE or ERP/SAP Level 1 and seeking level 2.
  • Must have experience in Package Configuration.
  • Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
  • Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis.
