027725-Recruit to Hire Team Member - Sr Associate

As a member of the North American HR Services Team, the Recruit to Hire/Recruiting Operations Sr. Associate will support the company’s transformation and the business deliverables. 

The role will interface primarily with the local HR Services towers including Recruit to Hire, Leaves, Separations, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, HR Business Partners, Immigration and our team in India.

The position is located in the Chicago office. 

The breadth of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following functional areas:

• Management and tracking of onshore and offshore activities for Recruit to Hire Tower including but not limited to;  ATS support, Standard Operation Procedures, Employee Referrals, Finance and IT escalations, Training and Recruiter Operations Support

• Support and or knowledge of the internal HR functions in areas of requisition management, new hire processes, separation, transfers, international transfers assignees, compensation and employee data changes. 

• Interaction with internal HR, legal, IT, Facilities, Finance, and external vendors for payroll, HR service center and Benefits is high volume and complex.    

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

The successful candidate will have a track record of success within the area of Recruiting Operations in an established professional services consulting firm, he/she will have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Recruiting Support function in a large, matrix, global company

• Experience in or exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems: Taleo and Success Factors

• Experience in or exposure to HR software systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft or Oracle HR. 

• Knowledge and understanding of the full Recruiting lifecycle, international hiring a plus

• Successful project planning experience and delivery

• Solid understand of background check processes including adjudications and issue resolution

• Experience supporting Employee Referral processes , in a complex, multi business environment

• Understanding of the I9 process using eVerify 

• Technical Savviness , including solid Excel and Presentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, management, or commensurate experience preferred

• Proven creative and strategic skills applied to problem solving, solution design and implementation

• Meticulous attention to detail

-  2-3 years experience in a related role

-  Demonstrated deep content knowledge in individual functional area

-  Experience performing work to achieve objectives with minimal guidance

-  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-  Experience identifying and prioritizing  issues and developing alternative solutions pertaining to individual functional area

-  Experience constructing deliverables suitable for distribution or deployment
