SFDC Principal Job Requirements/Description

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Salesforce.com

Executive to partner with our clients and prospective clients to drive discussions around the Salesforce platform to drive additional business as well as ensure successful engagements and project implementations.

- 10+ yrs of CRM implementation experience with 5+ recent years in Salesforce.com

- Experience/Exposure to Customer Service – Service Cloud, Field Service

 Delivery:

 Manage and deliver client  engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and business solutions for large companies. 

Must have lead and managed $8-10mn in annual revenue at a minimum.

Business Development: 

Lead pursuits end to end for net new logos as well as extension of business within current clients. 

Experience selling from $8-10mn in new revenue per year.

People Development:

Experience in both mentoring and direct management; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

- Ability to travel to client sites 80-100% of the time.

- Certification is a plus
