027504-Sales Executive - BPO / Insurance

This position requires pursuing new logos and opportunities within the Capgemini Insurance Business Administration division.     

Experience & Skills:

  • 15 years business development experience in the IT/ BPO industry
  • Primarily hunter profile, but would be good to have spent time in leading large A/C management
  • Good understanding of Insurance industry and connects within the industry (secondary industry would be Healthcare insurance)
  • Experience in leading & closing large, multi-year IT/ BPO deals
  • Ability to effectively engage CXOs and Senior Executives of client organization
  • Analytical & number driven individual
  • Ability to lead teams in multi-cultural, globally distributed environment    

The capability to generate new business from new offers or new logos.

 Leads the deal process through development of Sales strategy, solution proposal, and deal closing for large opportunities.

 Manages identification and generation of Sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth.

 Effectively exceeds network and contacts to build and maintain an attitude of vigilance for opportunities.

Identifies and escalates market trends to appropriate clients and Capgemini leaders.

 Qualification:

 Bachelor's Degree
