Main purpose of the role:

• This position requires pursuing new logos and opportunities for Capgemini America in the Chemicals and Natural Resources space

• Be seen as an industry expert through white papers and presentations

• Drive new Information Technology business opportunities with Commercial Property Management client(s) to achieve revenue growth, profitability and continuing customer satisfaction.

• Maximize opportunities across all service lines, taking accountability for qualification and closure of all new business.

• Own and develop the long term client relationship on behalf of Capgemini.

• Work closely with the solutions team in the Outsourcing, Technology Services and other service line groups to develop and win a pipeline of new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new logo clients by selling Capgemini offerings and services to the industry

• Appropriately manage relationship with client(s) covering all commercial, risk and opportunity development aspects of the services provided. 

• An individual contributor with accountability for sales / revenue / margin target achievement, client management, conducting negotiations for new services to ensure commercial viability and realistic expectation setting.

• Own and develop the long term relationship with the client on behalf of Capgemini, operating at the CxO level.

• Develop and manage the overall new business development plan and forecast and provide regular status reports.

• Ensure that Capgemini is positioned effectively  within client’s senior management level, and is well represented for potential major new projects or bids.

• Work closely with other teams to ensure that consistent messages are projected.

• Be seen by the client as a trusted advisor.

Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client  stakeholders.

The capability to generate new business from new offers or new logos.

Leads the deal process through development of Sales strategy, solution proposal, and deal closing for large opportunities.

Manages identification and generation of Sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth.

Effectively  exceeds network and contacts to build and maintain an attitude of vigilance for opportunities.

Identifies and escalates market  trends to appropriate clients and Capgemini leaders.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Capgemini Technology Services Group, this person will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of data analysis solutions.

This person will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.

This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.
