The Business Development (BD) Executive will identify, capture and close opportunities to provide consulting services to clients.

The BD Executive will target assigned clients (approximately 5-15) within a defined geographic territory.

The individual in question will have the ability to work across industry verticals but he/she will prioritize the following target industries:

Manufacturing, Utilities, Life Sciences, Technology, Media and Entertainment, Consumer Products, Retail and Distribution.

The BD Executive will identify and cultivate relationships and executive sponsors at the C level.

The BD Executive will be responsible for selling a suite of opportunities which includes, but not limited to services in: application development and integration, application lifecycle, mobility, business intelligence, infrastructure transformation, hosting, package applications and testing.

The annual sales quota for this position is $8MM-$10MM in ABR.

The BD Executive will play an integral role in the growth of the company’s global service lines in North America.

This role is highly strategic and highly visible. The individual in question must be comfortable working within a matrix environment from a reporting and resource perspective.   

Reporting Relationship:

The Business Development Executive will report to a Sales Manager within the North America Sales Operations and Technology Services business.  

Direct Reports:  No

Indirect Reports:  Yes (manage cross-functional teams during sales cycle)  

Location: The ideal candidate should be located in East US.

The BD Executive will be regionally focused and he/she will be assigned a multi-state territory.

There is a high degree of regional travel associated with this role.
