About the Cyber Security Unit The Capgemini Cybersecurity Unit (CSU) was formed on 1st January 2015 and has brought together the 2500 security specialists working in Capgemini. The security specialists operate globally, providing security management, operations, consulting and compliance capabilities to our clients.

The Head of the Infrastructure Services Security Practice has five direct reports: Head of Information Security Pre-Sales; Global CISO; Head of Security Operations; Chief Security Compliance Officer and Head of Consulting and Projects. 

Main Purpose of the Role:  Manage and lead daily operations related to Identity and Access Management. Also is responsible for the effective implementation and support of the Identity and Access Management application and associated systems and processes. 

Key Responsibilities:  Participate in solution architecture design; lead security efforts assisting with the integration and initial implementation of IAM solutions - Serve as the IAM subject matter expert, trusted advisor; provide advisory and consulting services as needed - Work with stakeholders and vendors to deliver the IAM roadmap in a phased and iterative approach - Work internally with the various stakeholders to promote the IAM Program, and to understand their requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how IAM solutions and services should perform and consistently operate. - Develop, manage and monitor controls to correct situations that could lead to compliance deficiencies in the areas of user provisioning, recertification, and access management. - Prepare for and lead recurring key meetings to include technical, cross-functional and stakeholder meetings.  Work collaboratively with program team and executive sponsor to prepare appropriate and respectful messaging for both the monthly steering committee and corporate governance board meetings - Champion all aspects of the IAM Program, including the business value, ownership of the roadmap, project milestones and key messaging to business and IT - Work to understand the IT enterprise architecture and communicate with architecture teams to ensure that IAM security standards are created and adopted into the Enterprise Architecture frameworks. 

This role will provide extensive and effective oversight of the enterprises IAM security solutions and operations through management of internal and external resources - Participate in solution architecture design; lead security efforts assisting with the integration and initial implementation of IAM solutions.
