CHARGEBACK ANALYST LOCATION:  Atlanta, GA  (our offices are located off Trinity. This role will require you to be in the office daily)  RESPONSIBILITIES: The Chargeback Analyst will be responsible for: Research and resolution of client invoice disputes Managing the invoice dispute process including oversight of service area resolution teams Ensuring accurate root-cause analysis is performed and appropriate resolutions are proposed in a timely fashion Completion of approved resolutions Preparation of dispute-related reports including categorization, status and trending, and review with client Confirming accurate proration of services and cost allocations in a multi-client, multi-service provider environment Participation in the process for review and approval of client invoices   Collection of trending, budget and forecast information, and subsequent preparation of reports for review with client.
