ABOUT INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES The Infrastructure Services business unit reflects the Collaborative Business Experience, combining Capgemini’ s consulting, infrastructure build and run capabilities, as well as the provision of cloud based services in an integrated global sales and delivery model.  The group provides infrastructure outsourcing services, including data center, helpdesk and network support, as well as market leading services such as service integration and cloud brokering orchestration. Agency Relationship Manager - Austin TX LOCATION:  Austin, TX - must be willing to go into the office daily RESPONSIBILITIES: · Agency advocate for the Data Center Services program.  Be the voice of the agency into the program to ensure they are properly represented and ensure that their needs/desires are known and acted upon appropriately. ·  Agency intelligence – stay aware of key activities at their agencies and manage agency perception.  Keep DIR Enterprise Relationship Manager, Capgemini Agency Account Manager and Capgemini Executives updated in advance of possible Agency escalations. · Agency Account Manager has to quickly relay the agency’s business needs to Multi-Sourcing Integrator (Capgemini) resources. · Be aware of any/all agency activities that are related to the DCS program. ·  Accept and resolve any/all agency escalations from the Agency - ensure proper follow up and resolution. ·  Drive agency satisfaction - ensure proper definition of success and agreement on success criteria. ·  Demand Management Portfolio Planning- Stay connected with agency and ensure full understanding of current/future project demand, especially as it relates to the Data Center Services program. · Assist agency as required to understand & rationalize their monthly invoice - ensure savings opportunities are identified and worked to ensure cost optimization.   ·
