Service Assurance Lead - Atlanta, GA LOCATION:  Atlanta, GA.  Must be willing to commute to our offices located off Trinity in Atlanta, GA.  No travel required RESPONSIBILITIES:   The Service Assurance Lead will conduct regularly scheduled meetings with the client and staff, as well as prepare reports and presentations to Capgemini and client management. He or she will ensure that the RFS process is working as designed, propose and implement improvements to business processes and information systems, as well as manage people for peak performance. The SA Lead will coordinate with external service providers as necessary to ensure common understanding and that business processes are being followed according to the Service Management Manual (SMM).
