The group also provides infrastructure transformation services, helping clients to vitalize and optimize their technology estates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Manager Service Integration LOCATION:  USA- This is a travel on average 50%.  Travel will be Monday- Thursday. Travel will have peaks and valleys.  Travel may be intense (50-100%) during start up and project conclusion. The role be based anywhere in the USA near a major airport.  RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning and management of Service Integration implementation tasks and resources during transitions and other types of SI projects. This includes the identification and management assumptions, success factors, risks and issues. The candidate must have a high level understanding of IT technical concepts, functional knowledge with ITIL processes and experience in managing technical projects utilizing various system development life cycle methodologies (i.e., based on the size, complexity and timeline of the project). A basic knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM and/or ServiceNow is required as it relates to the building of the infrastructure, data design and the installation and configuration of the tool. Collaboration with transition management, solution architects and other work streams leads is expected to define project scope and deliverables, project interdependencies, construction of integrated plans, and the overall management of the transition and/or project. There will be a need for the Project Manager to manage the knowledge transfer of the solution implemented between the project tools team.
