Capgemini Supplier Diversity

Why Diversity is Important to Us

We view our diversity as both a strategic advantage and an ongoing challenge. That's why we are continuously taking action and implementing diversity initiatives to improve our position across the Group.
Our differences are a source of innovation and inspiration. They enable us to generate new ideas, anticipate market trends and be thought leaders in our chosen markets.

The Program

Capgemini has been involved in supporting supplier diversity for more than 10 years. The Capgemini Supplier Diversity Program was officially launched May 15, 2012. The program consists of providing opportunity to the Minority, Women and Disabled-Veteran owned suppliers (M/WBE-DVBE) who strive to bring value to our company by helping us meet our customers' diverse needs and improving our position in the consulting and outsourcing marketplace to become an innovative leader in this space.

How to Join Capgemini’s Supplier Diversity Program?

It is Simple: You start by completing the online Supplier Registration Form. Following a swift verification and screening process to ensure a good fit between supplier strengths and capabilities and Capgemini's current and future requirements, Capgemini's Procurement group reviews the supplier information. The business then becomes a potential supplier who may be used in the procurement process as business needs dictate. In the interest of encouraging the success of our diverse supplier base, we work with the Supplier Diversity Program participants to help them develop their businesses.

Your First Step
The first step any supplier should take in seeking opportunities to do business with Capgemini is to register with our Supplier Information Portal.
Please note that all purchases are made in the competitive marketplace. Submitting your company information to our Supplier Information Portal (SIP) does not automatically place your company on a “bidder’s list,” nor does it constitute approval of your firm as a Capgemini supplier or obligate Capgemini to solicit requests for quotations.
