\u00e9volution.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais de quelle mani\u00e8re cette transformation se traduit-elle ? Le nouveau rapport du Capgemini Research Institute, intitul\u00e9 <em>&#8220;Ce qui compte pour le consommateur en 2025&#8221;<\/em>, met en lumi\u00e8re les principales tendances qui fa\u00e7onneront le paysage de la consommation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport se base sur une enqu\u00eate mondiale approfondie men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 12 000 consommateurs \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 ans et plus dans 12 pays : Allemagne, Australie, Canada, Espagne, \u00c9tats-Unis, France, Italie, Inde, Japon, Pays-Bas, Royaume-Uni et Su\u00e8de. Il distingue cinq groupes distincts sur la base de caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9mographiques cl\u00e9s et examine les modes de consommation au sein de ces groupes, en mettant l&#8217;accent sur l&#8217;innovation technologique, l&#8217;\u00e9volution des priorit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et la sensibilisation croissante au d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;une des principales conclusions concerne le r\u00f4le croissant de l&#8217;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative (Gen AI) dans le comportement des consommateurs et la transformation des exp\u00e9riences d&#8217;achat. Un nombre important de consommateurs (68 %) sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 agir en fonction des recommandations de l&#8217;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, et plus de la moiti\u00e9 (58 %) pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les recommandations de produits provenant d&#8217;outils d&#8217;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative aux moteurs de recherche traditionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence une tendance croissante \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9. De plus en plus de consommateurs ach\u00e8tent des produits respectueux de l&#8217;environnement et modifient leurs habitudes alimentaires. Pour 64 % d&#8217;entre eux, le d\u00e9veloppement durable est un facteur d\u00e9terminant dans leurs d\u00e9cisions d&#8217;achat et 71 % sont conscients de l&#8217;impact environnemental des d\u00e9chets alimentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rapport se consacre \u00e9galement \u00e0 la crise persistante du co\u00fbt de la vie. Les consommateurs continuent de rechercher des remises \u00e0 la fois en ligne et en magasin, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation des ventes de marques de distributeur, qui sont des options plus abordables. Ainsi, 64 % des acheteurs se rendent dans plusieurs magasins \u00e0 la recherche de bonnes affaires, contre 56 % l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, et 65 % des consommateurs ach\u00e8tent d\u00e9sormais des marques de distributeur ou des marques low-cost, contre 63 % l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Par ailleurs, 73 % des millennials s&#8217;attendent \u00e0 ce que les distributeurs les avertissent lorsque les marques r\u00e9duisent le poids d&#8217;un produit sans en ajuster le prix, une pratique connue sous le nom de \u00ab shrinkflation \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le rapport, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z joue un r\u00f4le central dans le d\u00e9veloppement du commerce social, avec des plateformes comme Instagram et TikTok qui transforment les pratiques du commerce de d\u00e9tail. Environ 53 % des membres de cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ach\u00e8tent de nouveaux produits directement via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, tandis que les influenceurs continuent d&#8217;amplifier la visibilit\u00e9 des marques et de renforcer leur engagement. La demande pour les livraisons en moins de deux heures est pass\u00e9e de 34 % \u00e0 65 % au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Le commerce rapide, soutenu par une logistique de pointe et l\u2019IA, est en passe de s\u2019imposer, les consommateurs \u00e9tant pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer pour la rapidit\u00e9.
