Ce document de recherche s\u2019appuie sur les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une enqu\u00eate mondiale men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1 100 dirigeants d\u2019entreprises dont le chiffre d\u2019affaires annuel d\u00e9passe 1 milliard de dollars, r\u00e9parties dans 15 pays. Les principales conclusions incluent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative est d\u00e9sormais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e<\/strong>, passant de 6 % en 2023 \u00e0 30 % en 2025. Aujourd\u2019hui, 93 % des entreprises explorent ou mettent en place des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative \u2013 et bien que les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices augmentent, les pr\u00e9occupations li\u00e9es aux co\u00fbts persistent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les agents IA gagnent du terrain<\/strong>, avec 14 % des entreprises les mettant en \u0153uvre \u00e0 une \u00e9chelle partielle ou compl\u00e8te, et 23 % menant des projets pilotes. Parmi celles qui d\u00e9ploient d\u00e9j\u00e0 des agents IA \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, pr\u00e8s de 45 % testent ou d\u00e9veloppent des syst\u00e8mes multi-agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019IA \u00e9volue, passant d\u2019un simple outil \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable co\u00e9quipier.<\/strong> Pr\u00e8s de six entreprises sur dix pr\u00e9voient d\u2019int\u00e9grer l\u2019IA comme collaborateur augmentant ou autonome d\u2019ici l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine \u2013 mais la plupart ne sont pas suffisamment pr\u00e9par\u00e9es \u00e0 cette transition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La confiance et la gouvernance sont \u00e0 la tra\u00eene <\/strong>: 71 % des entreprises d\u00e9clarent ne pas pouvoir faire pleinement confiance aux agents IA autonomes pour un usage en entreprise. Bien que 46 % disposent de politiques de gouvernance, leur application reste faible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019impact environnemental de l\u2019IA est de plus en plus scrut\u00e9. <\/strong>Seule une entreprise sur cinq mesure l\u2019empreinte \u00e9cologique de son IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, bien que des initiatives durables \u2013 comme l\u2019utilisation de mod\u00e8les plus petits et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s \u2013 gagnent du terrain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce nouveau document de recherche propose des recommandations concr\u00e8tes pour les responsables m\u00e9tiers et technologiques, tous secteurs et fonctions confondus. Pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la valeur et d\u00e9ployer l\u2019IA de mani\u00e8re responsable et efficace \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, les entreprises doivent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Concevoir pour le passage \u00e0 l&#8217;echelle <\/strong>en repensant les processus afin d\u2019int\u00e9grer l\u2019IA, et en adoptant une approche de &#8220;plateformisation&#8221; pour un d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Renforcer la confiance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la gouvernance<\/strong>, en d\u00e9finissant des p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres clairs pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de l\u2019IA, en mettant en place une gouvernance transversale avec une supervision \u00e9thique, et en consolidant la gestion et la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Concevoir des mod\u00e8les de collaboration humain-IA <\/strong>en mettant l\u2019accent sur le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et la transformation culturelle, et en adaptant les flux de travail ainsi que les indicateurs de performance pour les \u00e9quipes hybrides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour
