col-lg-10\"><h2 class=\"intro-para-title\">Alors que l\u2019urgence climatique n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi forte, la crise ukrainienne et la mise sous tension de la fili\u00e8re nucl\u00e9aire fran\u00e7aise (probl\u00e8mes de corrosion et op\u00e9rations de maintenance) ont de fortes r\u00e9percussions sur les march\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019\u00e9conomie, provoquant la flamb\u00e9e des prix du gaz et de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sur les march\u00e9s de gros depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p>Si un plan de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 national est en train d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de la Transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour faire face \u00e0 la crise \u00e0 court terme, notamment en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergies des entreprises, il est n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9parer la suite pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis \u00e9conomiques, sociaux et climatiques de plus long terme. Des d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques et cibl\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre act\u00e9es \u00e0 court terme, lors de l\u2019examen \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2022 du projet de loi relatif \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, et de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale lors de la d\u00e9cennie actuelle pour atteindre la neutralit\u00e9 carbone d\u2019ici \u00e0 2050, en s\u2019appuyant sur les instruments et investissements du plan France 2030 (54 milliards d\u2019euros, dont 34 milliards d\u2019euros de nouveaux cr\u00e9dits, \u00e0 mobiliser sur 5 ans).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de ce soutien financier public cons\u00e9quent, des mesures cl\u00e9s sont \u00e0 prendre d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui pour encourager \u00e0 davantage investir dans les nouvelles technologies ayant un fort potentiel de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (cleantechs) et permettre leur passage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle. En particulier, si l\u2019investissement en capital-risque (de l\u2019amor\u00e7age \u00e0 la croissance) dans les cleantechs a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par 4 sur les cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es en France, atteignant 1,9 milliards d\u2019euros en 2021, seul 1% \u00e9tait destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019innovation dans des secteurs de l\u2019industrie lourde que sont les mat\u00e9riaux et la chimie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s lors, pour <strong>contribuer au double objectif d\u2019innovation et d\u2019industrialisation de France 2030<\/strong>, ce document de synth\u00e8se, ainsi que les fiches d\u00e9taill\u00e9es qui lui sont associ\u00e9es, font <strong>l\u2019\u00e9tat des lieux des forces et faiblesses de la France aujourd\u2019hui sur 16 technologies s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es.<\/strong> L\u2019\u00e9tude formule \u00e9galement des <strong>recommandations sur les actions strat\u00e9giques \u00e0 engager pour favoriser le d\u00e9ploiement de ces technologies d\u2019ici \u00e0 2030.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces technologies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es en raison de leur <strong>fort potentiel de d\u00e9carbonation \u00e0 2030<\/strong> mais \u00e9galement, en majorit\u00e9, pour leur contribution directe \u00e0 l\u2019accroissement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la France \u2013 via notamment une substitution aux combustibles fossiles, une r\u00e9duction de la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la r\u00e9industrialisation des territoires. Le d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de ces technologies permettrait d\u2019\u00e9viter par an 15 % des \u00e9missions de CO2 et 16 % de gaz consomm\u00e9 en 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au m\u00eame titre que le choc p\u00e9trolier de 1973 a amorc\u00e9 l\u2019investissement dans les renouvelables, la crise actuelle doit servir de point d\u2019inflexion dans le rythme de d\u00e9ploiement des mesures et le passage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019une industrie fran\u00e7aise renouvel\u00e9e, articul\u00e9e autour des objectifs de neutralit\u00e9 carbone et d\u2019autonomie strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus r\u00e9cemment, les principes de l\u2019initiative Operation Warp Speed pour le d\u00e9veloppement des vaccins contre la Covid-19 peuvent servir d\u2019inspiration face \u00e0 l\u2019ampleur du d\u00e9fi : des moyens \u00e0 la hauteur de r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9cis et attendus, un d\u00e9veloppement agile, des partenariats public-priv\u00e9s, un alignement des int\u00e9r\u00eats et une diversification des solutions explor\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il en va de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance strat\u00e9gique fran\u00e7aise et europ\u00e9enne et de l\u2019avenir de notre plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/fr-fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/11\/Invent_Etude-decarbonation-securite-sobriete-energetiqueVDef-1.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Embed of Invent_Etude-decarbonation-securite-sobriete-energetiqueVDef.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-1a31e413-a185-46d2-a08b-75162555c667\" href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/fr-fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/11\/Invent_Etude-decarbonation-securite-sobriete-energetiqueVDef-1.pdf\">Invent_Etude-decarbonation-securite-sobriete-energetiqueVDef<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/fr-fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/11\/Invent_Etude-decarbonation-securite-sobriete-energetiqueVDef-1.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-1a31e413-a185-46d2-a08b-75162555c667\">Download<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-16-technologies-cles-pour-les-ambitions-climatiques-de-la-france\">16 technologies cl\u00e9s pour les ambitions climatiques de la France.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme l\u2019\u00e9voque le dernier rapport du GIEC, plusieurs solutions de lutte contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique existent, avec des potentiels de d\u00e9ploiement et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration diff\u00e9rents. Certaines solutions sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fortement mises en valeur dans le d\u00e9bat public, en particulier le nucl\u00e9aire, le biogaz et l\u2019\u00e9olien terrestre, et ne font donc pas l\u2019objet de cette \u00e9tude. Elles pourront faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un rapport ad hoc ult\u00e9rieurement.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16 technologies cl\u00e9s, avec un fort potentiel de d\u00e9carbonation, d\u2019autonomie strat\u00e9gique, et une vitesse de d\u00e9ploiement en mesure de les rendre op\u00e9rationnelles d\u2019ici 2030, sont mises en avant dans cette \u00e9tude.
