IA.<\/h2><p class=\"intro-para-content\">En 2020 et \u00e0 travers tous les secteurs, la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises affirmait que ses processus de prise de d\u00e9cision \u00e9taient bas\u00e9s sur une exploitation scientifique de ses donn\u00e9es.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<p>Cette tendance va en s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant, car les r\u00e9sultats des entreprises qui ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 franchir le pas et \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser totalement leur patrimoine Data parlent d\u2019eux-m\u00eames. En effet, ces leaders de la donn\u00e9e d\u00e9gagent entre autres un <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net <\/strong>de <strong>22% sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne <\/strong>des groupes interrog\u00e9s<em><sup><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/sup>&nbsp;<\/em>et fournissent de <strong>meilleurs services \u00e0 leurs clients<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/fr-fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/06\/2022-FR-Brochure_La-Mission-Nume%CC%81rique-des-Grands-Groupes_Invent.pdf\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/fr-fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/02\/preview-brochure-mission-numerique.png?w=228\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-245298\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle et industrialiser sa fili\u00e8re Data pour pleinement exploiter ses donn\u00e9es devient donc un enjeu essentiel. Les talents \u00e9tant au centre de cette transformation, recruter et retenir ces collaborateurs est cl\u00e9 pour les grands groupes. Pour cela, les entreprises doivent concentrer leurs efforts selon deux axes : <strong>remodeler leur fili\u00e8re Data <\/strong>et <strong>mieux exploiter la force de leur marque employeur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conscient de ces enjeux, notre groupe de travail \u2013 au sein de l\u2019initiative <strong>La mission num\u00e9rique des grands groupes<\/strong>&nbsp; \u2013 a souhait\u00e9 proposer des premiers standards pour homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser les fili\u00e8res Data, ainsi que des recommandations concr\u00e8tes pour attirer et retenir ces talents. Mettre en commun les diverses exp\u00e9riences de nos groupes nous a permis d\u2019identifier des probl\u00e9matiques communes, et de prendre le recul n\u00e9cessaire lors de nos r\u00e9flexions. Plac\u00e9e sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9conomie, des Finances et de la Relance, du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie et du secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019\u00c9tat charg\u00e9 de la Transition num\u00e9rique et des Communications \u00e9lectroniques, cette initiative regroupe plus de 90 grands groupes fran\u00e7ais et est port\u00e9e par Juliette de Maupeou (Editis) et Nicolas Gu\u00e9rin (Natixis). Son ambition est d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les \u00e9changes entre les grandes entreprises fran\u00e7aises afin de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux grands enjeux du num\u00e9rique, de favoriser le partage de bonnes pratiques et de cr\u00e9er des synergies intergroupes au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l\u2019ensemble du tissu \u00e9conomique fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre du th\u00e8me \u00ab&nbsp;D\u00e9velopper une strat\u00e9gie commune sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle et la mobilisation des donn\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00bb, le groupe de travail appuy\u00e9 par <strong>Capgemini Invent <\/strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9 pour aborder plus particuli\u00e8rement la question des comp\u00e9tences.
