Cette \u00e9tude est men\u00e9e annuellement depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es permet de confirmer au fil du temps certaines tendances ou d\u2019anticiper de nouvelles attentes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-modele-bancaire-traditionnel-reste-plebiscite-par-les-clients\">LE MODELE BANCAIRE TRADITIONNEL RESTE PLEBISCITE PAR LES CLIENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La banque traditionnelle a encore de beaux jours devant elle : le poids global des banques en ligne reste stable et modeste. Presque la moiti\u00e9 des Fran\u00e7ais ont un compte dans une banque en ligne, mais une infime minorit\u00e9 comme compte principal. Une part encore plus infime des Fran\u00e7ais se dit certaine de changer de banque dans les 6 prochains mois, m\u00eame si cette proportion atteint plus d\u2019un tiers pour les moins de 35 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DES BANQUES INNOVANTES ET DE PLUS EN PLUS DIGITALES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une grande majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9clarent que leur banque principale est innovante, en particulier les clients des banques en ligne qui sont les plus nombreux \u00e0 les percevoir comme \u00ab tr\u00e8s innovantes \u00bb. L\u2019application bancaire est ancr\u00e9e dans le quotidien des Fran\u00e7ais et la souscription de produits bancaires en ligne gagne \u00e9galement du terrain. En revanche, la confiance dans les acteurs de la tech pour les services bancaires est mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, plus forte chez les moins de 35 ans, et a contrario, bien plus faible pour les plus de 50 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LA BANQUE DE DEMAIN : DES SERVICES NON BANCAIRES ET RESPONSABLES ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les clients estiment les banques l\u00e9gitimes sur l\u2019extra bancaire, notamment pour l\u2019immobilier, la succession et l&#8217;automobile. Ils sont 20% \u00e0 trouver l\u00e9gitime que la banque propose des services en lien avec les projets immobiliers, un chiffre en forte \u00e9volution depuis l\u2019an dernier, et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat va croissant pour des produits responsables et \u00e9thiques.
