avons interrog\u00e9 8 000 consommateurs et 1 000 organisations de divers secteurs et zones g\u00e9ographiques. Nous avons compl\u00e9t\u00e9 cette recherche par des entretiens approfondis avec des cadres et des partenaires technologiques. Le constat&nbsp;: les consommateurs sont tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les technologies immersives et les organisations sont \u00e9galement en mesure d\u2019en tirer profit dans leurs op\u00e9rations internes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019on se tourne vers l\u2019avenir, le potentiel des exp\u00e9riences immersives est immense et les consommateurs sont enthousiastes, notamment par le m\u00e9tavers. Ces approches aideront les marques \u00e0 proposer une exp\u00e9rience client diff\u00e9renciante, et \u00e0 renforcer leurs op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, plusieurs facteurs freinent l\u2019adoption g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e. En effet, d\u2019importantes inqui\u00e9tudes subsistent du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des consommateurs, sur la confidentialit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les organisations, elles, sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle.
