Notre ambition ? Assurer une \u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement. Ce r\u00e9seau est non communautaire, apolitique, la\u00efque et ouvert \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s Capgemini. Il regroupe des collaborateurs pr\u00eats \u00e0 s\u2019engager pour rendre le Groupe plus inclusif envers les minorit\u00e9s sexuelles et de genre. Capgemini a sign\u00e9 le 21 d\u00e9cembre 2020 la Charte d\u2019Engagement de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autrecercle.org\/\">l\u2019Autre Cercle<\/a>.
