And they have made fundamental changes across various dimensions as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-11be3971-e876-436d-ac80-815c8d4dab68\">Perhaps one of the biggest areas of change has concerned the way in which organizations approach their most important asset \u2013 their employees \u2013 as well as the nature of work as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-134cc318-d951-4439-aa8c-654799c940cc\">In the sixth edition of our quarterly journal, <em>Conversations for Tomorrow<\/em>, we look at how organizations can successfully implement the transformations necessary to thrive in the future of work.
