Working with Capgemini, DIR adopted the Multi-sourcing Service Integration (MSI) model to ensure all providers, technologies, and capabilities are aligned and efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, DIR has a single line of sight across servers, operating systems, network equipment, middleware, and applications.
