A mapping exercise leveraging the AIE\u2019s Three Horizon model enabled stakeholders to <strong>drive meaningful discussion around innovation initiatives and prioritize activities<\/strong> accordingly, while collaborative working sessions with Capgemini\u2019s Insights and Data experts introduced potential governance principles for the future master data management approach and analytics strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/ca-en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/04\/AIE-NY_TEsuccess-Story_Graphic.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-132123\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-client-outcomes\"><strong>Client outcomes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideas from the \u2018now\u2019, \u2018new\u2019 and \u2018next\u2019 perspectives were mapped to the Three Horizon model and the strongest use cases were identified for progression to MVP projects. The prioritized initiatives were used to create an action plan that provided direction on how to establish a robust analytics foundation and take the first steps towards achieving AI ambitions.
