Fun Fact

I love to travel and get to know other cultures different than mine. I speak 8 languages and that helps me connect variety of people across the globe. For relaxation, I love to experiment in kitchen with various types of cuisine and invite friends to experiment and when alone write poetry.

Career

In 2003, I was approached by Hewlett Packard to be part of their BPO team and help consolidate their Latin American operations in India. That was my introduction to BPO and since then I have been loving every moment of it. I joined as an individual contributor and soon was leading teams on F&A and Supply chain. I came to Capgemini 6 years ago and have had various roles in service delivery, due diligence, and talent management with training in Six Sigma and coaching. I am currently Managing Service delivery for three key global clients within the Brazilian operation.

I am passionate about working with a diverse group of people and learning each day in the process. What I like the most is creating successful teams with a variety of talent which is widely available within Capgemini. 

I am Generation BPO

Being part of generation BPO has provided me the opportunity to relate to all aspects of finance and accounts. I love the challenges each day brings in terms of client expectations because fulfilling that becomes part of our daily objectives. The best part of being in BPO is being surrounded by young minds who constantly challenge limits. For the client, I bring solutions which are tested with valuable inputs to take their business to the next level.

Skill sets and Mindsets

The traits which have worked for me is to be able to cooperate with global teams, working from different locations but united in the cause of delivering our best for the client. The BPO profession is constantly innovating in order to provide meaningful client satisfaction. In my opinion, Generation BPO is always looking to innovate, co-operate and constantly learn in order to succeed.

The Future of BPO

I see an exciting future for myself and other BPO professionals. As the BPO business is continually evolving, it gives us the opportunity for growth. I see myself as someone who will continue leading successful global teams.
