Paris, December 19, 2019 – Capgemini today announced that it is the first partner to have signed a global cloud business process outsourcing (BPO) agreement with SAP allowing it to offer clients the SAP® Enable Now solution, a platform to build and deploy cloud services for Capgemini clients to quickly learn and adopt technological change. With this solution, Capgemini will be able to support clients’ workforces with a service of continuous training to enable skills upgrades throughout their digital transformation journeys.
Elisabetta Spontoni, Vice President and Global Head of SAP Operations at Capgemini said, “We are excited to announce that we have expanded our partnership with SAP to provide the SAP Enable Now solution to clients. Workforce education is generally managed as a one-time investment by companies; however, with this agreement we are looking to change the paradigm of education and enablement by providing it as a longer-term, ongoing service. We expect to have more than 50,000 users enrolled per year into our education enablement managed services over the next 5 years.”
SAP Enable Now is a modern approach to content development and deployment of micro-learning. Its advanced performance support and training capabilities help improve workforce productivity, enable adoption of new platforms, and enhance user experience with a customized approach to cater to a variety of requests.
