Job Description

Job Title: Guidewire QA

Location: Toronto, Canada (Remote till Covid ends)

 

•    5-6 years of manual functional testing experience
•    2-3 Years of Hands on experience with Guidewire Suite Policy Claims Billing
•    Developing and executing formal test plans test scripts for quality releases
•    Test execution defect management and test results reporting
•    If required be involved in evaluating and recommending QA life cycle tools test asset management defect life cycle automation performance etc
•    Preparing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix RTM Create and execute test plans checklists
•    Experience working independently as a tester
•    Knowledge of test standards and process
•    Experience working with the business and IT team diligently to execute the activities in a timely manner
•    Experience in defect life cycle management logging replication triaging verification closing metrics reporting etc
•    Tools and technology QA lifecycle tools HP Quality Center QTP PTC etc
•    Jira or equivalent Test work in progress from team members to verify the work meets client functional requirements
•    Collaborate with project and resource managers to identify appropriate testing methodologies and requirements on projects
•    Perform defect issue bug tracking
•    Good communication skill
