The candidate will be responsible for:
•Sourcing and creating pipeline of active and passive talent pool.
•Conduct internal meetings with hiring managers and establish search strategy.
•Identify and engage in-demand tech talent.
•Managing the approval process, offer letter, and related activities.
•Conduct in-depth screens to ensure that managers receive qualified candidates.
•Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company brand to candidates.
•Apply thorough knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly.
•Network with technology talent at tech meetups, conferences, career fairs.
•A minimum of (5) years Canada recruiting (technical) experience in a fast-paced either with corporate or agency environment.
•Bachelor’s degree required, or the equivalent of education recruiting experience.
•Candidate will be conducting full life-cycle recruiting, including networking, sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates.
•Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and Job boards
•Understanding of engineering functions and ability to assess a candidate’s technical skills
•Must have the ability to screen large amounts of candidates, maintain an accurate tracking system and provide timely communication and updates to applicants and hiring managers.
•Candidates should be knowledgeable in creative recruiting techniques and skilled at conducting in-depth technical screens.
•The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the technology team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
•Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
•Exceptional recruiting business acumen.
•Team player with positive attitude.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Great organization skills, ability to multitask in a high paced environment
•Proven experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
