Go To Market (GTM) leader for Capgeminis SAP practice, responsible for driving opportunity in the market.• Excellent spoken and written communication skills• S/4HANA experience and conversion to S/4 experience is strongly preferred, but extensive ECC could be okay• Assessment experience or familiarity with SAPs assessment tools is a plus• Strong problem solver. Strong communicator. Highly collaborative. Strong C-Level executive presence. Bachelors degree required• Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills• Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required• Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment

The capability to generate new business from new offers or new logos.
Leads the deal process through development of Sales strategy, solution proposal, and deal closing for large opportunities. Manages identification and generation of Sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth. Effectively exceeds network and contacts to build and maintain an attitude of vigilance for opportunities. Identifies and escalates market trends to appropriate clients and Capgemini leaders. • Qualification: 15+ years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree
