Senior Business Development Executive-

These capabilities, coupled with our program management expertise are tailored to fit the most challenging business needs. The Senior Business Development Executive will be required to both sell content rich deals to Executives in client organizations and shape and sell big deals to major clients. Understanding of the Canadian consulting market and executive connections within the Canadian market will be critical.  This Executive will be required to coach and provide advice and development to current employees.  The Senior Business Development Executive will be required to use market knowledge to identify competitors and preempt their strengths and weaknesses.  They will be required to accurately forecast sales using company systems and ensure the sales team does the same.  The Senior Business Development Executive will manage a team to maximize use of resources, utilize skills and develop creative ideas.  They will present to senior clients and explain complex proposals.  They will also have a minimum of  the target identified in the sales 
Outstanding track record of business wins-  Experience winning bids  based on business value proposition-  Experience leading successful negotiation of a  Projects  Outsourcing deal and has fronted a presentation resulting in the same-  Experience growing an account –  Experience developing and managing marketing campaigns that result  in business-  Experience with full project delivery life cycles-  Experience with delivering client value & service excellence-  Excellent written and verbal communication skills-  Excellent analytical & problem solving skills-  Successful teamwork experience to achieve team goals-  Deep understanding of how related work processes  and systems support the business environment-  Experience managing time to deliver tasks set by others-  Experience building stable & beneficial working relationships

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
