Main Responsibilities:-Working with Product Owner(s), define and analyze requirements/stories for implementation within Salesforce-Create process and business flow diagrams, use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint-Design a solution to meet the defined requirements within Salesforce. Review that design with Product Owner(s) for confirmation-Configure the defined requirements within Salesforce-Working with the Product Owner(s) and testing team, test the solution within Salesforce-Support training activities executed by the business and Product Owner(s) -Deploy updated solutions to the environments (Dev, Test, and Production)-Perform data maintenance activities using Salesforce.com Data Loader -Manage Salesforce user roles and permissions-Monitor the Production Solution for errors and performance-Triage and resolve production support tickets for issues reported in the Salesforce Production solution-Manage the regular Salesforce upgrade process, including regression testing, potential remediation, and communications-Collaborate with the other roles involved, such as Product Owners, Architects, and Project Managers
Key Qualifications:-Bachelor�s degree-Willingness to travel-Authorized to work-Core consulting skills for a client facing Capgemini consultant � including communications, professionalism, meeting facilitation, and MS Office tools -0-3 years of relevant experience-Salesforce Administrator certification -Relevant Salesforce Cloud certification(s) � Sales or Service Cloud -Knowledge/experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation � typically – Agile for Salesforce based solutions-Knowledge/experience as a business and/or system analyst, through working experience and/or certification like CBAP
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. 


Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.


Required Skills and Experience:

You are learning and developing the knowledge, technical skills and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in Application Services. You learn an appropriate methodology and acquire knowledge of a business domain and a Package Based Solution. You demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives and should be able to manage your workload and update management on task progress. You should already demonstrate progressing skills in building solutions and in optimizing and improving a client�s applications and systems.

� Qualification: 1-3 years experience, Bachelor�s Degree.

� Should have progressing skills in Package Configuration.

� Should have baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
