Services Desktop Manager

 Lead a highly skilled team.

High Level Management concept understanding of SCCM,
MDT-Imaging, VMware, Application Deployments, WaaS concepts for Windows 10.

OS and Patch deployments Lead

To assist in the technical development and enhancement of
customer support systems and Desktop functionality. 

To act as
a primary point of contact for escalation from a Desktop Support level in times
of major system outages, supplier issues and conflict resolution with
customers.

To propose, document and implement changes to policies or
procedures in line with technological advancements.
Manage SLA’s Reporting, Contract Management.

Change and Incident ManagementSoftware and Hardware product stewardship

Provide Architectural oversight to new product
offering, through preferred vendors.

Project Oversight and resource managementBudget Forecasting and managementManagement Staffing Development and PerformanceExperience working with am Unionized involvementCollaborate with the Customer on all contractual actions
