Skills Required 

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment- Experience in supporting and administration of middleware software systems in an enterprise setting.
  •  In depth knowledge of the following technologies: Windows OS / IIS, Linux OS, networks, storage (SAN/NAS) and web technologies (HTTP, SOAP, REST)
  •  Scripting experience in one or more of the following: Linux shell scripting, PERL, Python, or Power shell.
  •  Good SQL skills.
  •  Ability to write technical and operational documentation (system design and engineering documents, operational run-books).
  •  Strong communication skills
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills Desired:
  •  QlikView and Qlik Sense dashboard development skills.
  •  Installation and packaging of applications.
  •  Experienced with Java-based middleware applications
