The Resource Manager 1 will have established knowledge of commercial and business issues that drive resourcing requirements in multiple business/technology areas. The Resource Manager 1 will be experienced in all resourcing processes, tools and procedures, and be able to lead initiatives autonomously. The Resource Manager 1 will have credible face off with senior clients and will manage relationships with suppliers. The Resource Manage 1 will act as a stand in for Resource Team Manager for both team management and business meetings and will be able to work consistently and effectively in stretch roles. The Resource Manager 1 will act as an escalation point for business issues and conflict management and realize when issues need to be escalated even further. The Resource Manager 1 will have a strong established network of resourcing contacts across Capgemini and will be recognized as a SME in more than one area with the ability to share knowledge with peers. The Resource Manager 1 will apply successful Resource Management to contribute to business success and begin to develop/ contribute to strategy and policy. The Resource Manager 1 will be CIPD certified to Graduate level or possess a similar relevant qualification. The Resource Manager 1 will act as a key contributor in a complex or critical environment and may coordinate the activities of others or a team. The Resource Manager 1 will proactively act to understand internal/external clients’ needs and offer assistance even when not asked. The Resource Manager 1 will need to be aware of profitability needs and may manage costs for specific project/work areas.
