Therefore, communication and visibility are paramount, with capability teams sharing insight on opportunities for growth. Combined with our continued dedication to our clients’ missions, this structure will help the firm expand its client base while strengthening its talent base.

The 2021 growth model has a significant impact on optimizing the employee experience for all levels of CGS staff.
