Ao mesmo tempo, o mercado de capitais ganhou ainda mais relev\u00e2ncia: segundo a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anbima.com.br\/pt_br\/noticias\/empresas-captam-valor-recorde-de-r-202-bilhoes-no-mercado-de-capitais-no-1-quadrimestre.htm\">ANBIMA (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais)<\/a>, as ofertas no mercado alcan\u00e7aram R$ 838,8 bilh\u00f5es em 2025, recorde hist\u00f3rico, com destaque para as deb\u00eantures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses dois movimentos ajudam a explicar o momento atual do setor: quando o cr\u00e9dito fica mais caro, mais seletivo e mais sens\u00edvel ao risco, empresas passam a diversificar funding, preservar caixa e rever prioridades. E isso muda tamb\u00e9m o papel esperado dos bancos corporativos e de investimento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-ponto-de-virada-em-corporate-and-investment-banking\">O ponto de virada em Corporate and Investment Banking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 justamente nesse contexto que o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/br-pt\/insights\/biblioteca-de-pesquisas\/world-corporate-and-investment-banking-report\/\"><em>World Corporate and Investment Banking Report 2026<\/em><\/a>, do Capgemini Research Institute, ganha protagonismo. O estudo mostra que, embora os bancos corporativos e de investimento continuem operando em um mercado de enorme escala, eles enfrentam press\u00f5es crescentes de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Novos competidores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clientes mais exigentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custos mais altos para servir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Em outras palavras: n\u00e3o se trata apenas de crescer, mas sim de sustentar relev\u00e2ncia em um ambiente mais complexo e integrado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quando-a-concessao-de-credito-ja-nao-basta\">Quando a concess\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito j\u00e1 n\u00e3o basta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Historicamente, a for\u00e7a de um banco nesse segmento esteve associada \u00e0 sua capacidade de conceder cr\u00e9dito, estruturar opera\u00e7\u00f5es e oferecer acesso a capital em volume, com seguran\u00e7a e previsibilidade. Isso continua importante. Mas, em um cen\u00e1rio em que CEOs e CFOs est\u00e3o mais atentos \u00e0 liquidez, ao custo financeiro e \u00e0 aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de capital, essa proposta j\u00e1 n\u00e3o basta sozinha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O cliente corporativo n\u00e3o quer apenas uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Ele quer mais contexto, mais velocidade, mais integra\u00e7\u00e3o e mais capacidade de antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o. E \u00e9 a\u00ed que a conversa deixa de ser s\u00f3 sobre produto, deixa de ser apenas transacional e passa a ser sobre relacionamento estrat\u00e9gico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-que-os-dados-indicam-sobre-a-experiencia-do-cliente\">O que os dados indicam sobre a experi\u00eancia do cliente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os achados do relat\u00f3rio refor\u00e7am esse descompasso entre esfor\u00e7o e impacto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apenas 20% dos clientes dizem estar satisfeitos com os servi\u00e7os oferecidos pelos bancos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f3 23% acreditam que essas institui\u00e7\u00f5es atendem efetivamente \u00e0s suas necessidades;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>82% dos executivos banc\u00e1rios afirmam que as iniciativas atuais de inova\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o geraram o aumento de receita esperado com novos produtos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>71% apontam dados fragmentados como barreira \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de valor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O recado \u00e9 claro: n\u00e3o falta esfor\u00e7o. O que ainda falta, em muitos casos, \u00e9 transformar esse esfor\u00e7o em impacto mais consistente para o cliente e para o neg\u00f3cio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-diferencial-passa-pela-integracao\">O diferencial passa pela integra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esse \u00e9 um ponto importante para o Brasil. Em um ciclo de cr\u00e9dito mais restritivo, o banco que competir apenas em concess\u00e3o, prazo ou pre\u00e7o tende a entrar mais facilmente em disputa de margem. J\u00e1 o banco que consegue combinar capital, intelig\u00eancia, leitura de cen\u00e1rio, integra\u00e7\u00e3o com a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente e maior capacidade de resposta amplia seu espa\u00e7o na rela\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isso vale para tesouraria, gest\u00e3o de caixa, trade, capital markets, estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de funding e decis\u00f5es mais amplas de aloca\u00e7\u00e3o. O diferencial passa a estar menos na oferta isolada e mais na capacidade de ajudar o cliente a decidir melhor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 por isso que pensar al\u00e9m da concess\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito e do custo de capital passou a ser uma agenda central em corporate e investment banking. Os clientes esperam bancos mais conectados ao seu contexto de neg\u00f3cio, mais preparados para responder com agilidade e mais aptos a integrar produtos, dados e aconselhamento em uma experi\u00eancia coerente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quer um bom exemplo disso?
