José Luiz Rossi has decided to leave Capgemini to start a new career path outside the company.  He joined us 5 years ago, when he started a long business transformation process. He has led successfully Capgemini Group acquisition and the partnerships with our major clients and alliance partners with proven records, such as sustainable growth and market share increase.
Paulo Marcelo joined the company as a Director in 2007. Two years later he was appointed the Industry Clusters Vice President, doubling the sales bookings in three years. He has also participated of the acquisition of the former CPM Braxis by Capgemini Group and of the agreement with Caixa Econômica Federal (CAIXA), the 4th largest bank in Brazil by total assets and the largest public bank in Latin America.

As per 2013 Capgemini Group Earnings Announcement, Asia Pacific and Latin America region continued to enjoy a strong growth (+12.0%), marked by a sustained operation in Brazil. According to IDC, Capgemini is leading company in Brazil and has got a market share of 3,8%. (IDC IT Services Tracker H1 2013).
Biography of Paulo Marcelo:
Paulo Marcelo Lessa Moreira has an experience of 23 years in the Brazilian IT market. He has been the CIO of some local companies before becoming the co-founder and shareholder of Unitech for 10 years. He has joined the company as a Director in 2007 when Unitech merged with Braxis, helping to implement a complex business transformation process.
In early 2009 when Braxis merged with CPM, forming CPM Braxis – the main Brazilian IT services provider at that time, he was appointed Industry Clusters Vice President, taking on responsibility for sales strategies in the Brazilian market for three years. As the former CAIXA Business Unit (BU) leader, Paulo has made an outstanding job for the last two years.
Paulo Marcelo Lessa Moreira is a Brazilian citizen and was born in Salvador, Bahia. He has got a Degree in Computer Sciences at UFBA, a Post Graduation in Business Administration at FGV/SP and a Master Degree in Software Engineering at IPT/USP. Also he has taken executive courses at Harvard and Wharton/Insead.
