IBM® InterConnect 2015: More than meets the eye

Category : Big Data
Technology industry shows seem to follow roughly the same formula at first glance. Glitzy venue? Check. Industry announcements? Check. Buzzwords and hot trends? Check. Networking program? Check. But IBM InterConnect 2015 (Las Vegas, 22-26 February), debuting this year and incorporating IBM Impact, IBM Pulse and IBM Innovate, heralds a serious break from the norm. Far from being another ‘same old’ technology event, there’s more to this show than meets the eye and Capgemini is excited to be a part of it.
As a longstanding partner of IBM, InterConnect 2015 is the natural place for Capgemini to showcase our newest solutions, reference projects and latest industry IP—and we’re excited to share these with you. I asked some of my colleagues here at Capgemini why attendees should visit the Capgemini booth and sessions.
Enterprise Asset Management
"We are especially excited to be showcasing a new partnership at the forthcoming IBM InterConnect 2015: we’ll be demonstrating use cases of Digital Asset Lifecycle Management (DiALM) and showing the deep value that enterprises can derive when DiALM is integrated with IBM Maximo." - Perry Stonemann, Global Head of Sectors and Utilities, Capgemini
Visit us at Booth 530 (Expo Hall) to learn how we help our clients excel in Enterprise Asset Management.
Business Transformation with IBM’s Smarter Process suite
Today, we’re seeing game-changing technology shifts where process and people meet—and businesses must adapt, if they are to drive value from this opportunity. As customer-facing and operational processes now have more to do with each other than ever before, it’s time to make processes a whole lot smarter. I’m looking forward to showcasing some great examples of this in action at IBM InterConnect 2015.” - Fernand Khousakoun, DCX BPM Lead Europe, Capgemini
Visit us at Booth 530 (Expo Hall) to find out how we help enterprises harness the power of IBM Smarter Process suite to transform business processes and adapt to constantly evolving technologies and customer needs.
Mobile First or Mobile Only has become imperative for the ‘here and now’ customer. Capgemini can transform your Mobile First journey with our proven Enterprise Mobility Orchestrator. At our booth, you’ll see solutions like Connected Cars, Clienteling and SmartHome in action and also witness how we have helped a major Brazilian bank bring the full potential of mobile to their customers and enterprise users. - Darshan Shankvaram, Vice President, Head of Digital CoE for DCX & Mobile Solutions, Capgemini
Join us at Session 2151 (Tuesday 24 February, 1:00 - 2:00pm in Lagoon A, Mandalay Bay) to hear how we brought Enterprise Mobility Orchestrator to CAIXA Bank.

“Generation Connected” and the Internet of Things
“The automotive industry is booming, yet at the same time, struggling with some radical changes that are underway: how to be customer-centric; making the car truly connected; and leveraging customer and vehicle data for competitive advantage. At the Capgemini booth, we’ll be offering our response to these radical changes. As the recent CES in Las Vegas showed, automotive is at the heart of the connectivity revolution.” - Nick Gill, Senior Vice President, Chairman of Automotive Council, Capgemini
Visit us at Booth 530 (Expo Hall) to find out how we help automotive firms get connected. Also join us at Session IAB-2998 (Wednesday, 25 February, 12:30pm - 1:30pm, South Pacific Ballroom H, Mandalay Bay) as Capgemini’s Avinash Vaidya presents the future Connected Car, with IBM Bluemix and the Internet of Things.
If you are attending IBM InterConnect 2015, I hope you’ll join us either at our booth or at one of our presenter sessions for a fresh look at how Capgemini is making technology and business interconnect.
