Well writen Anders. I also think that we need to set up BICC, Business Insights Competence Centers, at our customers sights where we can help them get a grip on new things comming and how best or not take advatage of them. It is easy to get carried away by marketig hipe and in the end pay a to high price of a clutterd IT environment with questionable results. Christofer
