This roundtable brought together F&amp;A leaders across multiple industries in the Nordic region, HFS analysts, and Capgemini to discuss their progress and challenges on the journey to the finance OneOffice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/be-en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/To-harness-data-throughout-your-business-transition-finance-from-the-classic-back-office-to-the-OneOffice.pdf\">Download HFS\u2019s reflections<\/a> from this F&amp;A Leadership Roundtable by&nbsp;Miriam Deasy (Research Director, HFS) and Saurabh Gupta (Chief Research Officer, HFS) including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finance is a natural aggregation point for critical data in the enterprise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surviving and thriving in a world that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous requires new goals of purpose, sustainability, and trust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational silos and complexity are keeping F&amp;A from reaching the Finance OneOffice goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bottom line \u2013 enormous changes are required in the back office to transform into the finance OneOffice.
