href=\"https:\/\/itcfederal.com\/news\/itc-federal-acquires-capgemini-government-solutions-launching-itc-digital-solutions-to-expand-national-security-and-digital-modernization-capabilities\">entered into an agreement<\/a> with ITC Federal, a US IT solutions and enterprise services provider to federal law enforcement, homeland security and defense agencies, for the sale of Capgemini Government Solutions, its subsidiary working with the US federal government.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks, subject to customary conditions for a transaction of this nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As indicated when the Group announced the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/news\/press-releases\/capgemini-to-launch-the-divestiture-of-its-subsidiary-capgemini-government-solutions\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/be-en\/news\/press-releases\/capgemini-to-launch-the-divestiture-of-its-subsidiary-capgemini-government-solutions\/\">launch of the divestment process<\/a> earlier
