Assessment Tool (NEAT)<\/strong><a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><strong> report on Mortgage and Loan (M&amp;L) IT Services. <\/strong><strong>To be a leader in NelsonHall\u2019s NEAT assessment, a technology services provider must exhibit a high ability relative to its peers to deliver immediate benefit to clients as well as a high capability to deliver future benefits.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capgemini was commended in the report for its:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>broad range of client engagements across markets,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>robust offerings for cloud migration and intelligent automation services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>large portfolio of third-party solutions that can be customized,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and significant onshore delivery capabilities in North America and Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThe M&amp;L industry is a mature business, but COVID-19 is leading lenders to shift their focus from originations to default management.
