She chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Engagements Committee. She has also been a director of Lat\u00e9co\u00e8re and Chairman of its Audit &amp; Risk Committee since June 11, 2020. Ms. Laurence Dors was also a member of the Board of Directors of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole SA until May 2021.<br><br>Ms. Laurence Dors holds the ranks of Knight of the Legion of Honor and Officer of the National Order of Merit.<br><br>Ms. Laurence Dors has been a member of the Board of Directors of Capgemini SE since May 27, 2010. She has been Chairman of the Compensation Committee since May 10, 2017. She has been a member of the Audit &amp; Risk Committee and the Ethics &amp; Governance Committee since May 7, 2014.<br><br>Ms. Laurence Dors brings to the Board of Directors her considerable experience in governance and Executive Management compensation issues, her financial and business consulting expertise and her experience in the management of leading international groups in the
