What does a day in your life at Capgemini looks like?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m an IT Business Analyst on mission in the Energy Industry, COBRA core team member (our Analyst community) and a Communication Team Member of my ADM Practice. Most of the day, I\u2019ll focus on the task at hand at the client from analysis to testing and even Customer support sometimes. That\u2019s what I love about being a Business Analyst: the variety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the day, I might also take care of the organization of events for COBRA, Capgemini\u2019s Analyst community, or for my practice, we are always trying to share interesting topics or events to get together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; What is the best thing about working at Capgemini?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Work life balance and being respected as an individual. As a Coach and Powerlifter on my free time, work life balance is essential to manage my mental load. Capgemini has respected that; I always feel that I can come forth with my questions and worries and they will find an answer, I\u2019m being considered, and I can be myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Work ethic and transparency, all the colleagues from Capgemini I\u2019ve had the luck to work with have a strong work ethic and are driven to bring the best solution to their customers. I\u2019m also proud that Capgemini\u2019s invest a lot in CSR, Woman at Capgemini and sponsors Rugby \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; How are you working towards the future you want?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hand to hand with my counselor, we brainstorm together and take advantage of the training pipeline available at Capgemini.
